As a participant in Monse-Heart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute LLC programs, you are granting us the right to use your image, in both still or video format, and your voice, as recorded on audio or video. Your image and/or voice may be edited, duplicated, exhibited, published, or distributed.
These materials may be used in various ways including, but not limited to:
- Presentations
- Courses
- Online/Internet Videos
- Media
This consent that these recordings may be displayed electronically via the internet or in public educational settings. There are no geographic or time limitations on the validity of this consent, which applies exclusively to recordings collected during Monse-Heart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute LLC sessions.
This consent indicates your agreement to waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product, as well as any rights to royalties or other compensation related to the use of your image or recording.
